GARC History!
The Grant Amateur Radio Club founded in 1993 for ham radio operators in Brown County and other surrounding counties. It was named for President U.S. Grant who's boyhood home was in Georgetown, Ohio. The club was started to provide a place for local area ham radio operators and their families to meet and enjoy the things they have in common -- amateur radio in all of it's forms.
Additional information on the club and it's founding members is in the works. You can also contact Jeff - N1DJS for more info... his father was one of the clubs first officers.
